| Air Appraisal Company is proud to offer 3 different types of appraisal reports to suit our customer’s needs. |
 |
 |
| The Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice were developed in 1989 with the expressed purpose of promoting and preserving public trust and confidence in the appraisal profession. Viewed as the standard in the real estate market, USPAP appraisals are much less common in the aircraft industry. This type of appraisal complies with the high level of standards and ethics set by USPAP. Additionally, this appraisal report contains additional market reports, graphs, and comparables not found in other types of appraisal reports. This type of report is suggested for legal and financial purposes. Please click here to see an example of a USPAP compliant report. |

The National Aircraft Appraisers Association (NAAA) is the Trade Association for professional aircraft appraisers. Since 1980 the NAAA has been the Certification entity, and has established the standards and Code of Ethics for professional aircraft appraisers in the United States and abroad.
This type of report is widely accepted by all government, legal, and financial institutions. It is a useful tool for individual buyers and sellers when determining a Fair Market Value for an aircraft purchase or sale, as well. An on-site inspection is conducted by a qualified, professional appraiser. The aircraft is physically inspected and all maintenance documentation is reviewed. All avionics are inventoried, damage history and airframe modifications are accounted for, and the extensive NAAA database is used to arrive at a current and accurate Fair Market Value. Please click here to see an example of a NAAA Certified Report. |

| The Market Analysis report (often referred to as a desktop appraisal) is offered as a low cost alternative to a Certified Appraisal. Although the same extensive NAAA database is accessed for this report, all information is provided by the client, and the output value is not guaranteed to be accurate by Air Appraisal Company. This service is not recommended for any purpose other than to establish a "ballpark" idea of the value of your aircraft. This value generally may not be used for legal or financing purposes.
